Anybody with a blood alcohol limit over .03 (less than half of a beer) are not allowed to be behind the wheel of an automobile. Its a poor decision not only involving yourself, but others too if an accident happens. Here in Japan the rules are very unforgiving if caught drinking and driving, not only does the driver face charges but the passengers will too. When you think of the consequences, there's truly no good excuse for ever being behind the wheel while intoxicated especially when Taxi and Daiko services are at your disposal.
